Audits individual Rater files and Account Service Center for accuracy of work product and the issuance of policies (i.e. coding, endorsements, etc.). Reviews current procedures to ensure that processes and procedures are consistently followed. Checks all report logs for accuracy (i.e. Virtual workbin, Lotus Notes, change orders, renewals, production access logs, etc.).
Job Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred.
