Information Technology Technical Incident Analyst
Accelerate and enhance the incident response process to support both application and infrastructure environments with a Fortune 50 company. You will utilize your technical experience to identify production issues in a large enterprise and communicate the incident to appropriate teams and IT executive team, including C-level executives.
ettain group has an immediate long term contract need for an IT Technical Incident Analyst in Greensboro, NC.
Responsibilities:
You will support production issues in a large IT Application and Infrastructure environment. You will insure that when issues occur in production, testing or release that the issues are communicated through a standard process of e-mail, phone and other processes specific to the issue, or incident at hand and to the appropriate parties across application and infrastructure sides of the IT organization. You should have a background in supporting a large enterprise either in Production Support, Quality Assurance or Incident Management in application or infrastructure environments. Excellent customer service and communication skills will be key for your success. As a Contractor, you will need to learn the internal procedure and process and also help to leverage better best practices as well.
Skills Needed:
  • 3-5 Years in a Large IT Enterprise Production / Application Support - Testing Environment
  • 5+ Years Information Technology Expertise
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Must be comfortable communicating with C-Level IT Executives

Preferred:
  • 3-5 years Quality Assurance Testing / Application Support Experience
