Duties include (but are not limited to):
(1) Under general direction, carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Performs and leads tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. May create test data for applications. Documents and works to resolve all complex problems. Reports progress on problem resolution to management. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Acts as information resource about assigned areas to technical writers and other Quality Assurance Analysts. Performs complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.. Quality Assurance Manager and his appointed designee shall be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
(2) Interface directly with Government COR in writing and in person. Directly responsible to develop and adapt processes to meet production quality standards in concert with Government COR. Any other issues that represent a concern or doubt for the quality and integrity of the data to be entered into the database shall be presented to the COR who will inform and resolve with the assistance of the QAR before further processing and entering it into the database.
(3) Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP) systems; validating processes; providing documentation; managing staff.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: Black Belt Six Sigma
Relevant Experience (amount and type): Five years experience high volume scanning, data warehousing production operations with staff levels of 80 - 90 people.
Experience interfacing with Government CORs, secure operations.
