Responsibilities
Interprets Customer Standards / Practices, T-BASD Drawings, Flashes and Manufacturers and understands documentation of the National Electric Code, and other industry standard documents.
Ensures engineering specification, assignments, and job drawings are in accordance with specifications and that proper documentation is provided.
Audits engineering documentation and installation workmanship to ensure accuracy of the information presented.
Develops a list of variances for correction and verifies completed corrections per company standards.
Audits customer job site to verify AFL job spec information and documentation is properly and accurately collected and conveyed. While also at job site the AFL installed equipment is audited to ensure that customer standards are met.
Identifies best practices and deploying through the regions
Be a point of contact on Corrective Actions and follow up on the effectiveness
Provides input and guidance regarding our existing QC operations
The overall goal is to improve quality across the organization and therefore provide consistent performance to our customers
Bachelor’s degree
3 years experience in telecommunications
Knowledge of equipment installation, detail engineering, COAR, site survey, and Telephony theory.
Passing an Internal Auditor class
Interpersonal skills.
