The Quality Compliance Manager (QCM) reviews medical records, determines quality of care plans and conducts utilization reviews to ensure quality and consistency across programs. Along with visiting teams and members to ensure the highest level of quality services are being provided.
The QCM may make suggestions, implement corrective action plans, and deliver hands-on training to employees to support improvement.
The QMC is responsible for in-depth review and evaluation of operational systems, documentation, and service delivery according to the expectations and regulations of the various funding sources and with the highest professional standards. This may include but is not limited to the standards and documentation requirements as established by: Williams Consent Decree, CARF, Medicare, Medicaid, DMH, CILA, DOL, DORS and/ or DCFS.
Must be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Professional Counselor holding a permanent license from the Clinical Counselor Licensing Act.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a team player, flexible and good judgement.
Must be have strong computer skills and experience using an electronic health record.
