We are implementing state-of-the-art packaging technologies for bottling, blistering and walleting of tablets, capsules and, also, labeling and packaging lines for sterile presentations (vials, ampoules etc). Offering our services to the pharmaceutical industry from virtual to Global Pharma clients, we will provide ’value added’ services to exceed our Clients needs. Leveraging over 30 years of commercial packaging experience in Europe, we are well placed to meet the Pharmaceutical business need for outsourced packaging, storage and transport solutions.

We currently are recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector in the Audubon, PA commercial packaging facility. The QC Inspector will ensure that the cleanliness of the laboratory is maintained to a high standard. Provide support to the analysts and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and are within Good Laboratory Practice. Carry out sampling and testing of packaging materials and sampling of starting materials and products. Complete required documentation according to specified standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct testing and handling of samples within the laboratory according to appropriate SOPs and GMP/GLP guidelines.

Maintain the laboratory equipment according to internal procedures and conduct additional maintenance as required.

Provide support to analysts by assisting in the conduction of chemical tests.

Promptly report any deviation, out of specification results to analysts.

Sample starting materials and pharmaceutical products in line with approved SOPs.

Perform finished goods inspections and conduct physical tests.

Review results of testing carried out by other QC Inspectors.
High School Diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year relevant lab experience in a pharmaceutical environment required.

Experience within a GLP/GMP environment required.

Eyesight meets current company Vision Policy requirements for acuity and color blindness.

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Ability to work with teams and independently, good interpersonal skills.

Good communication skills: verbal and written, good computer and organization skills, detail oriented.

Ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends, when necessary.
