Chiulista Services, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager at Dobbins ARB in Marietta, GA in anticipation of contract award. The Program Manager is responsible for the following day to day duties:

Devise and establish the company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications;

Review customer requirements and ensure that they are met;

Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;

Set standards for quality;

Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards;

Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;

Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures;

Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;

Responsible for identifying, analyzing and developing improvements in productivity, quality, client relationships, and customer service.

Responsible for providing the Government with compliant supplies and services and working with the Government regarding administering Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)

Experienced in supervising and monitoring employees assigned or appointed to perform quality physical inspections, prepare reports, recommend corrective action, and conduct compliance reviews

Experienced in the management and the development of the Preventive Maintenance Services contract Quality Management System and supporting documentation

Knowledgeable and experienced in development Quality Control Plans

Establishes criteria and guidelines to ensure performance parameters metrics are met

Experienced in developing and participating in audits

Coordinates third party vendor inspection visits, reviews and distribution of inspection reports

Develops, reviews, and adheres to Quality Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)

Experienced and knowledgeable in providing advice on Quality, certification and acceptance criteria for material purchase, specialty packages, and services

Knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Programs

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager on a contract of similar size and scope in base operations support activities

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
