To ensure quality processes, procedures, and programs are in place and effective company-wide. Ensure analysis of quality data is carried out and that management reports are prepared in a usable format. To perform quality audits and assistance visits at supported sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Day to day functions):
  • Responsible for company-wide quality program and its execution and effectiveness
  • Oversees all quality personnel on the contracts and works with Site Management to ensure that local quality personnel are executing the quality processes, cooperating and collaborating with Site Management and QAEs, and overall being active participants in providing the training and root cause analysis support needed to eliminate errors and improve quality
  • Participates with Site Management, Operations Excellence, and the PMO staff to formally evaluate quality personnel performance, identify areas for improvement, and establish and measure goals and goal achievement
  • Develops and implements quality plans, dashboards, and analytical tools
  • Working with the Site Management, manages quality assurance and quality control to include audits, assistance visits, and reviews of non-conformances found by government customer, our QCI staff, and management
  • Ensures that audits are conducted in accordance with the QASP. Ensures that the results of these audits are reported up to the PMOs and are properly analyzed
  • Supports Site Management in ensuring that quality personnel participate as needed in training to help address specific process issues
  • Oversees the preparation, review, and approval of the quality report for each site with assigned QAEs. Prepares a summary of each report to be included in the Monthly Program Status Report
  • Conduct periodic conference calls with the quality staff to discuss program quality, quality trends, best practices, and standardization

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested

Minimum Experience, Education and Licensure:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 6 years of Quality Management experience performing quality control and/or quality assurance activities required
  • At least 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Master’s degree desired
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • USCIS experience desired
  • Must qualify for USCIS security clearance
  • Computer skills required: MS Office proficiency
  • May be required to travel when requested

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, office equipment; use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
