Quality craftsmanship and adherence to specifications and standards are both essential factors for our Rosemount, MN Refinery. The Quality Control Manager role will be responsible to establish and steward a refinery wide Quality Assurance/Quality Control management system.
This will involve developing and implementing procedures and tools across multiple refinery disciplines and includes identifying metrics to track and measure QA/QC performance. Exploring refinery business process improvements will be a fundamental expectation of the role owner, ensuring we are always creating long term value.
We will be looking for that individual who has the capability and strong desire to develop, establish and steward a sustainable QA/QC Construction Management System.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA/QC professional in a refinery, petrochemical, heavy industrial, or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing a business process
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Engineering Degree
- API/ASME/AWS Certifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
