Minimum Requirements:
Upon award of contract qualified candidates will be considered for employment for a large installation logistics support activity at Fort Polk, LA.

High school diploma or GED and minimum 10 years of government Quality Control management experience. Past experience in Installation or US Army Quality Control activities a plus.

Must demonstrate ability to:

o Read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instruction, procedure manuals and contract delivery orders.
o Write routine reports and correspondence.
o Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
o Calculate figures and amounts such as man-hour standards and percentages.
o Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
o Work through production/personnel issues effectively.

Position may require travel. Must be able to pass and maintain favorable background security clearance check. “

Job Description:
Provide guidance to deliver efficient work procedures, work schedules, and workflow.
Monitor contractual delivery orders, contract funds status, customer satisfaction, and satellite job sites for contract compliance.
Supervise, coordinate, assign duties, provide leadership, and reviews the work of assigned staff and/or contracts for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.

Monitor and fosters harmony among the crew complement. Review composite reports from individual reports of subordinates prior to submission. Provide guidance to correct errors and complaints. Monitor work sites during and after completion to determine safety, quality, and completeness.

Monitor the process of work orders, labor time sheets and material requests for accuracy before submitting. Prepare written and oral reports to the Project/Program Management staff as required.

Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
