The Quality Control Manager is responsible for conducting Client Certification trainings for assigned clients, reviewing QC rejected reports, and contacting inspectors and QC reviewers regarding report issues and areas that require improvement. Responsible for management of Quality Control Staff, monitoring disputes, order follow-up, and monitoring customer trends.

Hire and Train new QC Reviewers

Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports “ Average Time to Complete Case by QA ”

Should average 150 to 200+ Completed Orders per day

Determine skill levels for each QC Reviewer

Follow up on Order Disputes and poor quality reports

Determine if it’s a customer specific issue or a fault with training reps or QA

If the fault is on us or additional information is needed, develop new procedures and processes for handling the matter in question

Create a tech memo or system notice to alert Regional Managers, Field Reps and QC of the issue

Document the system with notes about the issue and advisement of special attention issues

Communicate with Regional Managers on Inspectors with quality issues

Communicate with the National Accounts Manager on any customer issue identified

Complete Specialized Reports

Special Projects

Answer emails or questions from field reps about reports rejected, processes, etc

Train inspectors for the AIX Rental Equipment program

Help mentor and train inspector’s with quality issues

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word) & Adobe

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Highly organized and able to multi-task

Complex problem solving

Required Experience

BS / BA or Equivalent Work Experience

3 to 5 years
