Prior to shipment or local pickup, the Quality Control Specialist spends time looking/checking over gear in order to ensure all items, sub-parts and accessories are included in the customers rental. The Quality Control Specialist must have a great and broad knowledge of photo, audio, lighting and video gear. Our customers depend on having their orders complete and fully functioning. The Quality Control specialist helps gaurantee that every customer will be 100% satisfied with their rental!
Verify shipping information against invoices, orders notes, or other records.
Examines all outgoing packages to verify they meet quality specifications.
Identify discrepancies or damage and notifies supervisor.
Review rental invoice for equipment compatibility and completeness.
Examine various types of photo, audio, video, lighting gear and their accessories.
Experience & qualification:
Qualified candidates for this position must pay great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and have a sense of creativity.
1-3 years of customer service experience is required.
1-3 years of quality control experience is required.
Superb knowledge of all types of photography/videography equipment.
BA in relevant field or equivalent knowledge of DSLR, video, lighting and audio equipment.
