FTS USA is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to ensure the quality of service performed for customers by inspecting work completed by the field technicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Inspect the work performed by our technicians
•Grade the work performed and provide training to the technicians
•Give recommendations for improved performance based on the work inspected
•Complete Quality Control forms as necessary and submit
•Responsible for reports and records keeping
•Maintain relationship with the cable company’s QC Department
•Perform real time inspections evaluating safety, appearance and customer experience
•Perform Job Site Observations
•Install, upgrade and repair cable products
•Service and trouble-shoot cable products
•Handle all customer complaints, questions and develop solutions
•Responsible for completing work orders and retrieving proper signatures for accurate billing
•Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards
•Report to dispatch according to company procedures
•Assist with work overflow
•Follow all company policy and procedures
•Adhere to safety policy

•Previous supervisory experience
•Experience and knowledge of the industry and products
•Must be skilled in quality processes and techniques
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•On-the-job experience is preferred
