Essential Functions Statement(s)

Performs quality checks and process audits. Records, maintains and reports on audit data.

Lead, manage, and maintain standard operating procedures, process checks, process audits and other quality control documentation.

Analyze audit data; implement containment and corrective actions when necessary.

Record, manage and analyze customer complaint data. Utilize data to resolve customer complaints.

Assists with the training of other auditors and production assistants.

Collaborates with team members and peers to ensure consistency in our quality programs and processes.

Assist with projects that will improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.

Performs housekeeping duties.

Performs other assignments as directed.

Follows all safety requirements.
