Full Time: 40hrs per week
Operating Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm M-F (occasional O/T nights and weekends)
Compensation: $8.50 - $9.25 Entry Level based on prior experience

We are currently looking to fill multiple positions at our Gilbert, AZ facility.
Production Assembly Technician: Will perform various production and assembly duties assigned by the Production Team Lead, Line Supervisor or Production Manager on an assigned LED production line. In this role the Technician will work as part of a team assembling an entire product or components of a product. This position requires hands on assembly work using manual or power hand operated tools, soldering electrical components, Pre-production sub-assembly, and the complete assembly of finished products while maintaining only the highest quality of workmanship.
Post Production Packager: This position is responsible for the appearance of our products before they are shipped to our distributors. The packaging department is a fast paced environment keeping up with all lights produced throughout the work day. This position includes but not limited to assembling boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included in the lights, and labeling the boxes with the appropriate labels. Must have a high level of attention to detail and be able to stand for 8+ hours a day.

Quality Control Technician: In this position the Quality Control technician may perform the daily inspection and quality checks on various products received after the manufacturing processes while utilizing company mandated quality control procedures, practices, forms and continuous training. This position requires the basic understanding of Quality Control processes and a strong attention to detail.

Candidates will be required to stand for a period of 8 hours or more while performing Production assembly, post production packaging, and quality control tasks. High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Must be able to read, write and understand English. Mechanical aptitude and skills preferred. Knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools required. Ability to lift up to 30lbs as needed. Strong attention to detail and the understanding of Production processes desired.
