Long term temporary assignment for those with experience in call center. Our local client is in need of a Quality Assurance Specialist.
As the QA Specialist, you will be monitoring and reviewing outbound calls by customer service representatives. You will provide ongoing coaching and counseling to CSRs in order to offer the highest level of service to your clients. You will track calls, both that are taped as well as live conversations and provide timely feedback and solutions to issues that your CSRs may have.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a high volume call center and worked in a team lead position. The ideal candidate will be able to assess trouble areas and provide timely solutions to issues. The QA Specialist will act as a mentor for all new hires and work directly with the training and HR managers to convey pertinent information that will ensure success.
Candidates must have previous call center experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have solid MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
