This position is responsible for analysis and improvement of the revenue cycle processes for the CARES business division. The incumbent will be a key member of the Collections and Billing management team in identifying and facilitating process improvements, performance metrics and helping to improve business results through effective billing and collections activities.

  • Oversee investigation and root cause analysis of all revenue cycle processes
  • Facilitate implementation of process improvements identified utilizing evidence based, data-driven decision making to drive process and cultural change
  • Facilitate and lead interdisciplinary teams in the development of performance improvement strategies in response to identified risks and opportunities
  • Assist in the development of systems for systematic monitoring and analysis of outcomes of billing and collections processes
  • Develop metrics that allow internal benchmarking for quality initiatives within organization
  • Train CARES employees on Quality fundamentals and tools

  • BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Quality certification(s) a plus
  • 5+ years experience in billing/collections field, with Medical/Insurance experience preferred
  • 3+ years in Quality role with strong grasp of Quality principles, tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, including stand up presentation skills
