The Quality Coordinator supports the hospital wide Quality program. This position requires collection, analysis and management of confidential and sensitive administrative, staff, medical staff and patient data. This position serves as a resource for projects, data sources, and lean programs and develops quality reports, statistics and education materials for training.
Bachelor's degree in communication or healthcare related
A minimum of three years in the healthcare quality field
Typing word processing skills 60-65 words per minute
Math proficiency including basic statistics, typing, and word processing
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Office computer programs including word-processing, Excel, and Powerpoint
