1) Work closely with internal departments to resolve in-house and supplier quality problems using established problem-solving methodologies (Root-Cause Analysis, Mistake-proofing, etc.)
2) Lead the resolution of quality issues related to non-conformance reports, customer complaints, regulatory actions, etc.
3) Participate in the development and improvement of manufacturing, distribution and other processes for existing and new products
4) Support process development through review and approval of process specifications
5) Participate on technical project teams as subject matter expert on equipment validation regulations / procedures
6) Develop plans and strategies for modified manufacturing processes

1) University degree is required (preference will be given to those with degree in relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to people who have recent experience in quality engineering
