The Quality Improvement Analyst coordinates and analyzes nursing and other Patient Care Services (PCS) programs, including quality improvement/management, patient and staff satisfaction, and maintenance of Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance. Provides guidance for all aspects of quality improvement within Patient Care Services. (KD)

Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related field is required.
BSN is preferred.
Three (3) years of clinical experience required which includes familiarity with standards of care, medical record documentation, and terminology.
Familiarity with Joint Commission and CMS standards required.
Experience with quality improvement, risk and/or safety management preferred.
RHIA or RN credentials required.
Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) required OR must possess a current Tennessee State Board of Nursing license if primary residence is Tennessee or a Nurse Licensure non-Compact state OR Must possess a current State Board of Nursing license in the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
