To apply please see contact information below. Role: Quality InspectorLocation: Anoka, MN Job Description: To ensure that customers receive timely delivery of high quality service and products. Provides in-process and final inspection of plated, masked or laser-etched parts. Essential Duties: Timely inspection of parts according to work instructions and customer specifications Follow work instructions, sampling plans and customer specific inspection to ensure the quality of each order. Use various inspection tools to inspect parts. Complete required paperwork for approved parts and any necessary forms when there is a quality issue. Complete inspections/handle specification requirements in a timely fashion. Prioritize work and inform Supervisor of any capacity constraints or significant product quality issues. Ensure proper preventive maintenance and calibration of inspection tools. Approval of plating certifications Participation in preventive and corrective action teams and issues resolution Follow company policies, work processes and documentation requirements. Follow all ISO and other regulatory requirements.
Minimum Academic & Professional Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of quality control experience and proficiency working with Corrective Action, Defective Material, and Document/Engineering Change Order processes. Strong foundation of quality tools, inspection, root cause analysis and problem solving techniques. Attention to detail, ability to read blueprints and perform math calculations Ability to read work instructions and complete paperwork accurately. Proficient in computer operation and MS Office Software. 2 year Technical Degree/Vocational Training in Quality Control preferred.Please only apply if you possess the required minimum position requirements and can fulfill the essential duties.
