RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for an experienced Quality Manager for their food processing facility in Central WI.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing leadership and overall dire ction to the facility's total
quality program, insuring that internal quality standards and external regulatory standards are maintained.
The incumbent is also responsible for providing support, coaching, and training to all employees in all aspects of the
Company's total quality program.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Food Science or a related discipline preferred.
Six (6) to eight (8) years progressive food quality systems experience, including statistical process control (SPC) and
managerial responsibility.
Requires effective leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills in both the direction/ development of subordinates
and interaction with external contacts.
Appropriate business management skills and strong problem solving abilities necessary.
