Quality Manager, Electronic Lab
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SSBI

Job Description
Over the past 3 years our team of 10 Electrical Engineers has grown to over 40! Due to contract award we are adding several more positions including a Lead Quality Manager to develop and implement a QA program.

Program Description: The technical analysis lab performs electronic and trend analysis of devices submitted for reviews that have been associated with improvised explosive device incidents. Personnel provide information regarding devices identification, radio frequency and signal characterization, electrical schematic reconstruction, possible implementation scenarios, electronic data recovery and possible trends in design, manufacturing and deployment. Technical exploitation is performed at a corporate location in Northern Virginia. The analysis complies with an established quality assurance program to ensure consistent and reliable results.
Final Top Secret Clearance required for consideration

Responsibilities will include:
*The Lead Quality Manager (QM) develops, administers, operates, manages and maintains the Quality Assurance (QA) Program consistent with our customer QA practices and requirements.

*The Lead QM assures aspects of the technical exploitation QA, quality control, and proficiency testing practices are sound and within established quality assurance program guidelines.

*Conducts audit and proficiency testing.
*Recommends implementation of preventive measures and corrective action to ensure non-recurrence of identified deficiencies.

*Establish health and safety program implementation and monitor for compliance.
*With a thorough understanding of electronics and RF devices will review component-level circuit analysis.

*Provide monthly reports on QA and safety.
*Audits reports and other products for compliance against established standards.

*Review updates to established processes in coordination with customer to streamline workflow processes with out sacrificing established quality controls.

*Work closely with customer QA and Safety Offices.
Job Requirements
Possesses strong observation skills and is capable problem-solver. Resilient when it comes to getting things right, and excellent communicator who can observe processes for compliance with established processes and procedures and identify and communicate deviations

5 years experience in QA in an electronics laboratory or equivalent lab experience

Desired Skills/Experience:
Familiar with criminal justice system rules of evidence and familiar with applicable federal policies and procedures

Familiarity with forensic and technical exploitation disciplines, associated scientific theory, principles and practices

Understanding of electronics and electrical components associated with radio frequency operated devices


' degree from an accredited university or college; preferably in a technical discipline Final Top Secret Clearance required; should be clearable for SCI access
