Your challenges will be:
  • To lead implementation of monitor quality processes and secure conformity
  • To coordinate and supervise product audits secure corrective and preventive actions
  • Initiate delivery stop process when needed; coordinate related activities
  • To interface with on-site customers and secure actions when needed
  • To communicate customer quality issues throughout the organization and assure actions are taken and followed
  • To coordinate and execute processes monitoring and audits
  • The selected candidate would have to spend substantial time in Sainte-Claire for initial training during the first months
Required key competencies:
  • Courage and managerial decision-making capacity
  • Analysis, synthesis and learning capacity
  • Sound decisions maker involving value judgement
  • Can execute both technical and management related work
  • Team player with high level of autonomy
Required qualifications:
  • Knowledge of quality system (ISO, TS)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Engineering Diploma
  • At least 5 years in Quality management as well as people management
  • Experience as process Auditor
  • Bilingual (English and French) would be considered as an advantage
