Job Description:
Direct hire position! 3rd shift postion that will train on 1st shift.
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge and experience with measuring equipment (CMM, TSK, Giddings and Lewis, Zeiss), Micrometer, Caliper, Linear Gage, and other similar common measuring equipment.
Ability to perform basic math functions, such as simple addition and subtraction to understand the specifications of the parts.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Job Description
Visual and measurement inspection – ability to measure, view and handle parts to ensure Quality inspections are performed.
Collect data and record as required by Inspection Standard, special request or drawing requirements.
Perform regular inspection of in-house inspections.
Communicate results of inspections to Engineers, Machining team members and all levels of Management as required.
Understand / Follow work instructions
Practice TS16949 & ISO14001 requirements & Internal Procedures
Practice department housekeeping 5S standards
Work Safely
Meet daily goals
Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
Ability to lift around 40 lbs.
Mandatory overtime including Saturday and Sunday as scheduled
Additional tasks assigned by the Leadership.
