Identify, analyze, develop, and implement process improvements for the DWSS EAS organization. Utilize quality methodology, cost/benefit analysis, and project timelines to prioritize and implement improvements that will positively impact the EAS team. Develop reporting and metrics to measure results and track progress of initiatives.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven strong background in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and SAP
Ability to work a flexible schedule (EAS hours of operation are 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday)
Demonstrated project management experience
Sharepoint knowledge and/or experience
SQL Server Report Builder experience
One year commitment to the role
Master’s degree or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
