Research and complete order resolution including canceling orders and making follow-up adjustments.
Handle production identification, alternative picks, invalids, shrink, and miss-ships, and damages.
Count location quantities and make quantity adjustments to locations.
Enter and remove orders from trouble log.
Gather, identify, and put away product from end caps.
Additional Responsibilities:
Check PO's when needed.
Profile product as necessary.
Complete housecleaning tasks assigned by supervision.
Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.
