Will provide supplemental staffing as a RN in the Clinical Flex Pool.
Tasks will vary based on assignment.
Responsibilities:
Will utilize clinical knowledge and clinical work experience to provide supplemental support through the organization in various departments.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Nursing required; BSN highly preferred.
Current license as a RN in the State of Louisiana required.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a clinical, health-care or similar setting as a RN.
Knowledge of computers required.
InterQual experience is highly preferred.
Experience in manged care, insurance, home health or case management industry a plus!
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with multifaceted medical professional staff required.
Understanding of HMO/TPA plans a plus!
