Oversee and maintain the City shooting-range park; ensure park and firearms safety and perform other technical tasks in support of higher-level management staff.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED supplemented by thirty (30) credit hours vocational training in operation and maintenance of shooting range equipment, firearms operation/safety or a related field, plus two (2) years experience in the use, operation and maintenance of firearms, preferably within the setting of a shooting range. Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
This is a safety sensitive position and requires a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and random drug/alcohol testing. Position requires: Background check, TB Test.

Monitor, instruct and evaluate shooting-range park participants
