We are seeking an Employee Relations specialist who will conduct investigations, assess the level of risk and work with the broader construct to devise solutions to manage risk while balancing employment law with employee relations for the investment bank. This individual will work independently to conduct the full investigation with minimal guidance. This individual will also help with special projects and assist the Head of Employee Relations with design, strategy and management of the overall employee relations function.

Requirements

We require 7-10 years of overall experience with a strong Employee Relations background and broader HR experience. Experience can be a combination of Employee Relations and HR Business Partner/Generalist but there must be a strong emphasis on Employee Relations. At least 5 years of experience must be in a role where the individual conducted, assessed and had input to solutions for ER issues across a broad spectrum of challenges. Experience in investment banking is highly preferred.
