Responsible for selling fabricated rebar and accessories in the Houston construction market.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships within the Houston marketplace
Duties include review of construction documents (blueprints), calculating quantities to develop an estimate and bid proposal
Manage daily bid activities
Develop / implement pricing strategies.
Develop sales and market penetration strategy.
Analyzing new business developments and monitoring market trends. Represent the Company at various forums.
College Degree required plus 2 years of sales experience
Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Exposure to estimating and the preparation of construction bid packages.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
PC literate Must be assertive and results oriented
