This Recruiter will work with an established team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators to bring in top level candidates ranging from recruiters to HR Business Partners to HR leaders of various disciplines. To be great in this role you'll need to use your skills in research, network with passive candidates, and work closely on strategy with hiring managers / executives you support, including development of robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and dedicated team.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate proven research skills via internet, phone or other channels. Candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and closing, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate push back, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of sourcing / recruiting experience
- Experience using internet sourcing techniques and sites
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
This contract position is expected to be 6 months in duration.
