• You’ll employ the latest innovations in social media to proactively identify and attract top candidates for open positions
• By applying your stellar resume screening and telephone interviewing skills, you will short-list the strongest candidates for open positions
• You’ll use your creativity to help us develop, trial and implement new tools for talent identification
• And you’ll help develop a pool of quality candidates that we can access as we continue to grow
This position may work remotely; however, some travel is required to meet at corporate headquarters and potential candidates.
You must be creative and efficient at using both old and new media to source candidates and showcase us as an “employer of choice.”
To qualify for this position you will need:
• Previous recruiter or talent acquisition specialist experience
• A proven screening method and a natural instinct to identify quality candidates
• A great telephone and presentation manner (you need to sell candidates on the positions as well as screen them!)
• Proficiency with various job posting engines and candidate screening tools
• Self-motivated and accountable to provide accurate, timely status reports
