Schedule/coordinate interviews.
Research and Source resumes.
Perform background investigations.
Create and distribute employment correspondence; applications, offer letters, and orientation materials.
Organize travel arrangements, reserve conference rooms, and prepare office letters.
Perform various administrative duties that support the recruitment function.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

2-3 years Recruiting experience or relevant education experience.
Prior Staffing, Events Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant experience a plus.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Must be able to work independently.
The ability to multi-task during challenging / everchanging situations.
Demands an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and basic analytics.
Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Bachelor Degree required.
Strong research data skills.
Must be very organized and detail oriented.

Pay Rate: Based on Experience $16.00 - $26.00 Hourly
