Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

Support staffing function with recruiting process by offering ideas and expertise and responding to urgent needs and business requests such as scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving conference rooms, and conducting reference checks.

Create and distribute accurate employment-related information in a manner that is clear, timely and appropriately tailored to the audience such as applications, forms, offer letters, and orientation materials

Enter and update information in our scheduling system, maintaining a high level of data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Consistently deliver high quality work in a high-paced, dynamic work environment by managing time and effort across activities, executing processes that may not have defined procedures, taking initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks, and delivering work according to timelines

Minimum qualifications

BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).

At least 1 year staffing experience.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems or similar database entry

Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy

Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.

Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.

Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships

Team player who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences, including a willingness to take part in special projects.
