The Registration Representative II is responsible for: obtaining complete and accurate patient demographic, insurance, financial information and collection of copays; patient benefits/eligibility from insurance companies and physician offices. High School diploma/GED or equivalent, basic computer knowledge, 1-2 years hospital/medical office or medical insurance experience. 6 months performing Registration Representative I level work. " In addition to the responsibilities described above, the role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, based upon Exempla needs or requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma/GED. Type a mimimun of 35 WPM. Basic computer knowledge, customer service or cashiering background.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Medical Terminology desireable. I year hospital/medical officer or medical insurance experience.
