- Monitors/analyzes changes in legislation and accreditation standards that affect Unyts’/CNYETB’s operations.
- Performs gap analysis of regulatory and accreditation standards with organizational SOPs.
- Assists with inspections conducted by outside agencies.
- Reviews, analyzes, and determines applicability and changes to SOPs that allow the organization to achieve and maintain compliance.
Requirements: Associates degree in healthcare field or business required, Bachelor’s preferred. 3 – 5 years previous experience in quality within healthcare, including experience with managing audits strongly desired. Experience with the FDA is strongly preferred. Experience in organ, eye, and/or tissue screening and procurement, blood banking, quality/regulatory affairs and/or process auditing desired. Must have strong interpersonal skills and well developed verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
