Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting REO Claims Financial Analyst for contract positions in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
The primary responsibility for this position is to support REO claims and Servicing Reconciliation management in servicing business analytics. The position requires the generation and analysis of servicing data as it relates to servicing accounting functions within REO claims and Servicing Reconciliation teams.
The ideal candidate should have a proven record of personal and professional achievement and able to master new technologies as needed. A strong candidate should have the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a strong desire to help a business grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting monthly servicing advances balances and identifying trends.
Team performance stats.
Completion of monthly key indicator reports.
Job Requirements:
Ability to motivate and direct staff members and subordinates.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment handling multiple competing tasks simultaneously to closure.
Must be highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, self-disciplined and a team-oriented.
Working knowledge of MSP/LPS systems a plus.
Bachelorâs Degree in business discipline or equivalent required.
Strong accounting knowledge.
Ability to compile and analyze.
