Assist with research in the Sensorimotor Rehabilitation Engineering Lab at Sargent College. Coordinate subject recruitment and schedule subject recordings. Order relevant equipment and supplies. Assist and lead preparation and maintenance of human subject applicants. Assist with data collection and processing. Assist the principal investigator in conducting collaborative research using acoustics, biomechanics, and EMG including computer programming and analysis of data. This position is grant funded. This is a termed, 1 year position.

Required Skills

Requires: B.A./B.S., Master's degree preferred, strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, detail orientation, multi- tasking, computer literacy, a valid drivers license, and at least one year of lab/research experience. MATLAB proficiency, C++ proficiency, a signal processing/communication sciences background, and scientific writing experience all preferred.
