This position functions under the direct supervisor of the Program Specialist. Duties include but are not limited to: manages the CLAs to insure the site is maintained in accordance with company standards and state regulations, general housekeeping chores, cooking, laundry, shopping, insures accuracy of program, history, and medical books, supervises direct care workers, provides communication between office and site, secures staff coverage, trains staff, participates in the planning , development and implementation of the IPP and goals for individuals, assures each individual participates in social/leisure/recreational activities, coordinates and schedules specialized services for individuals, transports and accompanies individuals to medical, vision, dental appointments, speech therapy and psychotherapy, prepares and completes required documentation in compliance with State regulations and company standards, responsible for accurate medication administration procedures, attends required training sessions and meetings, acts on-call/beeper as scheduled and knowledge of household budgeting and us of checking and savings account.
High school diploma or equivalency and some direct care and supervisory experience required.
Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and must be at least 18 years of age.
Full time plus on-call/beeper.
$10.54 per hour.
