To audit gaming and other non gaming revenue and prepare necessary reports.
1.Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient and friendly service.
2.Performs duties in compliance with company standards, gaming regulations and generally accepted accounting practices promptly, efficiently and professionally.
3.Prepares accounting reports necessary in the preparation of financial statements.
4.Performs audits of gaming revenue in accordance with gaming regulations.
5.Performs audits of non-gaming revenue in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.
6.Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
7.Functions will require long periods of computer use, calculator, writing and filing, which includes repetitive use of hands, wrists and fingers.
8.Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guest. Promptly reports all concerns to Supervisor.
9.Ensure that the operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.
10.Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
11.Performs other duties as assigned by the Revenue Audit Supervisor/Controller and Director of Finance.
1.High School Diploma or GED
2.Demonstrate ability to operate10 key calculator
3.Demonstrate computer literacy with emphasis on spreadsheets
4.Customer service experience.
5.Effective communication skills - verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
6.Physically able to work/sit for long periods at work/computer station and perform repetitive motion of arms, wrist and fingers; able to lift up to 30 lbs; and at times, move throughout a smoke filled environment.
7.Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
8.Requires a High Security Gaming License clearance and must be 21 years of age.
