Job Summary
Provides full range of hospice nursing care to patients and families in homes and institutional settings. Monitors patient's medical conditions and provides accurate reports to attending physician. Coordinates case management of patient services and medical care. Works in an interdisciplinary care setting to teach, assist, and support patient/family with the dying process. Works assigned on call shifts. Due to business needs, may be required to work different shifts, teams and location.

Requirements
  • Current Florida RN license with two (2) to three (3) years nursing experience required; experience in oncology, hospice, palliative care, geriatrics, or home health care preferred.
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary team desired.
  • Ability to work non-judgmentally with persons of varied cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds and lifestyles.
  • Current Florida driver's license and insurance.
