Position is responsible for the administration of the managerial functions of setting objectives, planning, staffing, and directing activities of assigned departments or areas of responsibility. The position oversees departmental operations in terms of budget, long-term planning, program development and policy and procedure formulation and implementation. Interviews, selects, promotes and terminates staff per established hospital policies and federal/state laws.
Graduate of an accredited RN program. BSN preferred.
New Jersey RN license.
Previous managerial experience in Cath Lab setting desired.
2 years Critical Care experience preferred.
High degree of leadership, organizational and teaching skills.
Maintains required BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider course completion status.
Maintains required ACLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider course completion status.
