HCHB offers our caregivers the freedom to spend more time focusing on what they love: one-on-one time with patients. Submits accurate and timely documentation of care to appropriate Agency personnel, using laptop computer or correct paperwork. Documents inter-disciplinary communication regarding patients by entering it into medical record. Charts progress accurately, thoroughly and legibly.
