Under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing, renders professional nursing care across the wellness-illness continuum for the comfort and well being of healthy retired residents and those residents in the acute, chronic, and terminal phases of illness. Utilizes knowledge of infection control, safety, body mechanics, effective communications skills, interpersonal skills, and age- related differences when providing or delegating care.
1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license. 2. Minimum of one year experience in geriatric nursing. 3. Current TX RN License required.
