We are currently seeking a Rooms Division Manager for the Peabody Little Rock in Little Rock, AR. As the RDM, you will be the focal point for directing our Guest Satisfaction initiatives, and oversee the operations of our Front Office, PBX, Guest Service, and Housekeeping operations to achieve our mission. The RDM assures that all deliver the finest customer service to all of our guests, and will personally demonstrate a commitment to customer service by soliciting and responding promptly to guest needs.
Manage people according to our company's values, and manage human resources functions including recruiting, selection, orientation, training, performance reviews, pay and recognition programs to maintain a skilled and organized workforce.
