We are currently seeking a Route Coordinator for our Pest @ Rest business venture. This position will provide general clerical/administrative support to the Director of Pest @ Rest and department, as well as project-based work.
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
Provide customer service, responding to clients needs, concerns and questions.
Schedule monthly service calls, sales calls and emergency service calls.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Coordinate and maintain records for office staff, service technicians, sales staff, and Office Manager.
Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
Support staff in assigned project-based work.
Provide office orientation for new employees and or trainees.
Utilize computerized routing program.
Collect and prepare data for the routing program.
Design and implement routes and schedule within boundary areas.
Communicate routes to service technicians and follow-up to ensure route information is updated in the system.
Assist the department in communicating with client base.
Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that all stops and or service calls are communicated to all service technicians.
Analyze data to anticipate route changes and offer options for adjustments
Update and modify routes throughout the day, month, and/or year.
Develop and follow a timetable for all routes.
Create and send invoices to customers on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
1-3 years of clerical experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm.
