We are currently seeking a Route Coordinator for our Pest @ Rest business venture. This position will provide general clerical/administrative support to the Director of Pest @ Rest and department, as well as project-based work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Provide customer service, responding to client’s needs, concerns and questions.
• Schedule monthly service calls, sales calls and emergency service calls.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Coordinate and maintain records for office staff, service technicians, sales staff, and Office Manager.
• Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
• Support staff in assigned project-based work.
• Provide office orientation for new employees and or trainees.
• Utilize computerized routing program.
• Collect and prepare data for the routing program.
• Design and implement routes and schedule within boundary areas.
• Communicate routes to service technicians and follow-up to ensure route information is updated in the system.
• Assist the department in communicating with client base.
• Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that all stops and or service calls are communicated to all service technicians.
• Analyze data to anticipate route changes and offer options for adjustments
• Update and modify routes throughout the day, month, and/or year.
• Develop and follow a timetable for all routes.
• Create and send invoices to customers on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
• Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• 1-3 years of clerical experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm.
