independent team that is focused on making this product successful.
You will have a voice in setting priorities and will be expected to
tackle complex and ambiguous technical problems quickly and
iteratively. You will work on a team that has the independence of a
start-up, while having the resources and customer reach of a
billion-dollar tech company (NYSE: SSTK). The work you do will
improve the lives and careers of hundreds of thousands of designers,
developers, and marketers around the world. You will have the
opportunity to work directly with our Founder/CEO, SVP of
Engineering and VP of Corporate Development.

solutions to complex problems Able communicators that are used to
talking through problems and feel a deep need to share the cool
stuff that they're working on with others Experienced enough to know
what to build themselves and what not to Aware of what they don't
know yet and are excited about what to learn next Excited to teach
us some new tricks Able to take care of business
skills: Deep experience with Ruby on Rails Years of experience with
at least one database (Postgres preferably) A thorough knowledge of
how the web works and how to make it efficient (HTTP, caching, page
rendering, etc) Experience building and maintaining applications on
Bonus skills: Ecommerce experience Solr experience
Experience with Ember.js RESTful API design and development
Memcached / Redis Experience with HTML5 video & video
