The Specialist serves as an expert product resource for performing the following activities:

Provide ongoing client support activities,

Support new client implementations, and

Perform final user acceptance testing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as expert product resource

Provide client training and communicate new release content to clients

Support software implementation processes and as needed, lead the implementation process for assigned new clients

Champion software/implementation process improvements

Participate on departmental and company project teams as requested.

Review test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing.

Actively communicate status updates and plans to all parties involved.

Required Skills

Required Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

Understands how organizations can apply our product capabilities to improve their business and is able to teach clients how to apply these capabilities to meet their specific business needs.

Routing and Logistics background is a plus.

Previous past experience as a trainer and/or software implementation specialist is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Strong IT acumen and experience applying new technology to improve business processes.

Ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of mobile technologies and platforms.

Strong problem-solving capabilities. Includes following consistent troubleshooting methodologies.

Self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Aggressively pursues process improvements.

Interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers.

Strong attention to detail.

Display strong initiative skills

Available for 24x7 on-call support and monthly service weekend activity activities.

Occasional travel as needed (2x per quarter).
