This position is responsible for:
Reviewing RV estimates submitted by independent shops, independent appraisers, and direct Repair Shops.
Examing submitted estimates and makes revisions where appropriate for final settlement recommendation.
May assist with coverage investigations. Material damage claims with substantial damage and/or exposure may be involved.
Position may, in coordination with training department, provide training, development and technical assistance as necessary to front line field staff.
In coordination with the National RV Direct and field managers, will monitor and manage I/A and DRP quality and performance for RV repairs.
Claims require analysis and may require research to resolve damage issues. Responsible for maintaining and growing arelationship between National General Insurance and current policyholders. Also responsible for focusing on the needs of loss participants.
Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
This position is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This is the position that the manager relies upon in his/her absence, delegates responsibility to , and serves as a mentor for others. May also assist manager with preparing reports and completing projects.
